The Maryland State Highway Administration removed four road signs in the Maryland outback referring to a mountain as “Negro Mountain.”
Someone called CNN anchor Chris Cuomo “Fredo.” It’s a character’s name form The Godfather. Cuomo didn’t like it. He not only compared it to the n-word (it’s not), he threatened the person who said it with physical violence.
Hagerstown was brutally hot yesterday. Sheri and I had a few errands to run and we waited till later in the day, thinking it would be cooler. We were wrong. We left the house after five in the afternoon and it was 101 degrees.
